Dior Diorama

All the speculation of the fashion industry as to who will officially replace John Galliano at Dior continues to grow on and on. And since my own sources had it on strong word that Riccardo Tisci is definitely replacing Galliano (and now is not), the wheel just keeps on...rolling. 

I found this great slideshow which puts into our minds who may or may not be in the running for the top spot at Dior, all in a fun and decidedly stars-in-your-eyes way, through the horoscopes. 

 I would have liked to have seen Tisci come in and inject Dior with his sensibility but I love how he has changed Givenchy and made it contemporary and fresh for me. I feel that he could do the same for Dior and move the brand into new territory, like Galliano did for it in his way (remember the "Reggae Collection"?).

In the meanwhile, we will have to wait and see who is really taking over the venerable house when it is announced officially by Mr. Arnault and the top brass at Dior, but now, we can enjoy the turn of the wheel.
